cluster-unres.csh       clustering conformations directly from UNRES runs
cluster-wham.csh        clustering conformations after WHAM, single chains
cluster-wham-M.csh      clustering conformations after WHAM, multiple chains

Need to change executable name, input file name, parameter file names, etc., 
in these C-shell scripts. Parallel versions need to be executed through MPI.
